ORDER CANCELLATION

I ordered the wrong product. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status. You may submit a Support Ticket here.

 

Note: Please allow for 1-3 business days for us to respond back to your enquiries. 

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Singapore! But we look forward to expanding our products to international markets.

How do you qualify for free shipping?

Orders with a minimum spending of S$80 will qualify for free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is received, it will take 4-5 business days to reach you. We hope you will enjoy your product as much as we did making it.

 

Important: Orders will only be shipped out after payment is cleared.

 

Please take note that orders placed during holiday periods may take up to 14 additional business days to receive.

How do I track my order or delivery status?

Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

 

When your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with your tracking number. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. 

 

Please bear in mind there may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however, the carrier usually updates their information within 1 business day.

What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?

The courier will make a few attempts to deliver the product. After these attempts, the product will be returned to MUTE. In the event of failed deliveries, the recipient will be liable for the additional re-shipping costs.

 

Therefore, to avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided is correct so that the courier may contact you regarding your delivery.

 

Alternatively, if you are unavailable during the time of delivery, you may have an authorized representative available to receive the parcel on your behalf.
